Policies

A few things to know before your order ships — read through, then shop with confidence.

At Jae Luxe, each order is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality experience. Please allow 4–7 business days for processing and delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Local pickup is available at checkout. Customers who select local pickup will receive an email notification when their order is ready for collection, along with pickup instructions.

A valid order confirmation must be presented at pickup.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. Jae Luxe does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hair extensions or hair products.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in your claim being denied.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing checkout. Jae Luxe is not responsible for errors made during the ordering process, including incorrect lengths, textures, quantities, or shipping information entered by the customer.

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Jae Luxe reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

Orders flagged as high-risk or fraudulent may be delayed, canceled, or require additional verification before processing.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as shipped, Jae Luxe is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding any delivery issues. Jae Luxe is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Jae Luxe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping fees before being resent.

To protect both Jae Luxe and our customers, signature confirmation may be required for select orders. If required, someone must be available to sign for the package upon delivery.

Jae Luxe is not responsible for missed delivery attempts due to the recipient's unavailability. Any additional fees associated with redelivery or package retrieval are the responsibility of the customer.

Once a package has been delivered and signed for at the shipping address provided, Jae Luxe is no longer liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Because our hair is 100% raw human hair, each bundle is unique. Slight variations in color, texture, and wave pattern are normal and are not considered defects.

Hair color may vary slightly from product photos due to lighting, photography, and monitor settings.
