Yes. Local pickup is available at checkout. Customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.

Yes. Jae Luxe maintains a limited amount of inventory on hand. However, to ensure each customer receives their desired texture, length, and quality, most orders are carefully prepared upon purchase.

Our inventory is intentionally kept limited to maintain the quality and exclusivity of the Jae Luxe experience. If a specific item is unavailable, your order will still be fulfilled within our standard 5–7 business day processing and delivery timeframe.

Yes. Our hair is 100% raw human hair and can be colored, straightened, curled, and reused with proper care.

Yes. We recommend having all coloring services performed by a licensed professional.

Yes. Our hair is designed to be reused multiple times when properly maintained.

Raw hair is the highest quality hair available. Unlike processed hair, raw hair maintains its natural integrity, allowing for greater longevity, versatility, and a more natural appearance.

  • Wash every 1–2 weeks with sulfate-free shampoo
  • Sleep in a bonnet or on a silk pillowcase
  • Always detangle from the ends and work your way up
  • Use lightweight products to avoid weighing the hair down

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the product, and photos of the packaging.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Jae Luxe is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Jae Luxe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
