Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 4–7 business days. Tracking is sent to the email provided at checkout once your order ships. Local pickup is available and pickup instructions will be emailed when ready.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before checkout — once placed, orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the product and packaging included.
Shipping & Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Once an order is handed to the carrier, Jae Luxe is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages — please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
Natural Hair Variation
Because our hair is 100% raw human hair, slight variations in color, texture, and wave pattern between bundles are normal and not considered defects.
